a 110 scale), although its clearly
less important for men than women (individuals,
mean of 8.8 vs. 9.2; organizations, 8.9 vs.
9.2).

Flexibility
is similarly important for both individuals
and organizations (mean of 8.1), with little
significant difference between men and women.

Stability
rates above innovation for both individuals
(8.6 vs. 7.7) and organizations (8.9 vs. 8.4).
o
Men
were less concerned about stability than women
were, both for individuals (8.4 vs. 8.8) and
for organizations (8.8 vs 9.1).
o
For
individuals, innovation was deemed more important
by men than by women (7.9 vs. 7.6), but for
organizations it was ranked equally by both
(8.4).
